Runes
Mundo has a hard team clearing the jungle. Fleet Footwork will give you a bit of added sustain at the start of the game. In the late game, this rune will help you chase down your targets and have an effective hit & run game. Weakness is very effective on Mundo, since you can permaslow your targets with your cleaver.
Hunter - Titan is the perfect compliment to what you want to do on Dr. Mundo, as it lets you snowball off of your successful ganks.
Finally, Pack Hunter will give you and your allies some added gold.
