When first starting your journey in Final Fantasy XIV you will be asked to chose between three Grand Companies, each managing one of the three major cities of the first part of the game.
These companies all have a ranking system that allow you to get a new rank the more you help them, and get access to more items in the dedicated shop.
Some items are only available for players that reach a high enough rank within their Grand Company so make sure to rank up accordingly if something got your attention. Ranking up involves questing, completing hunting logs, squadron leveling but more than anything else: gathering Grand Company Seals.
How to Farm Grand Company Seals in FFXIV in 2021
Obtaining Grand Company Seals can be tiring and quite slow, except if you do it with the following technique that is.
This method is by far the quickest way to earn seals that I tried out for the last few years, and here's how you can do it too.
You will first need to go talk to the officer of your Grand Company and click on "Undertake supply and provisioning missions" and then "Expert Delivery" If this option is not available just yet, you will need to rank-up a bit more. A good way to farm the first few levels is by completing hunting logs of your other jobs and levequests.
This option lets you trade a lot of different armor and weapons for company seals.
But how do you manage to get enough gear to exchange for seals? Unsync Dungeons is the way to go. Alone or in a party, you can easily farm gear to turn in.
The most important point in this technique is to open every chest you can see in the dungeon, as even a ring can be very valuable.
A good example of dungeons that are both quick and full of chests are Shisui of the Violet Tide a very linear and quick dungeon with lots of accessible chests or both Castrum Abania and The Drowned City of Skalla.
We used this technique to farm points and knowing an optimized path through the dungeon helps you get it done fast.
