Shockbulbs are a plant found in the wilds of New World which players can harvest for the following Air Reagents:

- Shockbulb Stem
- Shockbulb Leaf
- Shockbulb Flower
Bright white and oval-shaped, they are plentiful in the southern half of Aeternum.
Here's what you'll need and where the best areas are to find Shockbulbs in New World.
What do you need Shockbulbs for in New World?
Air Motes are used in a whole load of concoctions, including Mana, Encumbrance, Ward and Absorption potions, as well as coatings, tinctures, and the cutting of Topaz and Jasper gemstones. It is also a key resource in crafting the Elemental Heart, a mid-level reagent in ultimately creating Tuning Orbs and Voidbent Ingots.
The various parts of the Shockbulb plant are also used in Arcana concoctions.
In order to harvest Shockbulbs, you'll need a Harvesting Sickle. There's a level requirement of 30 to harvest them, and you'll be able to track Shockbulb nodes from Harvesting Skill Lv. 45.
The best locations to farm Shockbulbs in New World
As mentioned, Shockbulbs are plentiful in the southern half of Aeternum. These are the clusters we think are best for power-farming.
Devil's Quarry - Monarch's Bluffs
Close to the Monarch's Bluffs settlement, head east to the Devil's Quarry area and search the ridges there.
Clusters stretch from near Antares to the southeast, all the way north to Alioth.
Verdant Crown - Monarch's Bluffs
Further south, these nodes surround the Lodestone Lair and Pollux obelisk in the Verdant Crown area of Monarch's Bluffs.
You can fast travel into Dreadscythe Shrine and head northeast for ease of access.
Rattlevine Ridge - First Light
You can fast travel into the Las Torres Lookout shrine and head southeast through the mountain pass at Rattlevine Ridge, sweeping up Shockbulb nodes as you go.
There's even a few across the mountain border with Cutlass Keys at Highpass, if you can find a place to climb up and over.
Bradbury Fields - First Light
Close to the Everfall settlement, you can exit west and head to the Bradbury Fields.
You'll find the Shockbulb nodes all around the mountain ridges there, stretching all the way north to Ravenridge and the Canary Mine.
