There you go, the fire archer of Genshin Impact arrives and she is not here to laugh, although, she can make her opponents happy. Possessing a Pyro Divine Eye, Yoimiya will be there to inflict damage on your enemies. And yes, it is therefore a DPS which has the particularity of being able to change its normal attacks into Pyro attacks like Hu Tao does for example.

As for passives, Yoimiya gets bonus Pyro damage when her elemental skill is active and hits with her normal attack. This bonus can be stacked up to 10 times, which can grant you a Pyro damage bonus of up to 20% for a duration of three seconds. This is an interesting passive that is associated with its other passive, which concerns the elemental unleashing of the latter. Indeed, when she uses Saxifrage Ryuukin, Yoimiya provides a 10% attack boost to all your team members except herself. The link between the two passives now occurs since an additional 1% bonus is added depending on the accumulation of his "Sleight of Hand" passive. His third passive will only be used to recover materials during the manufacture of decorations, furniture or fittings.

Recommended weapons

Thundering Pulse

5 Star Bow

Base ATK: 46

Secondary Stat: CRIT Damage

Obtain: Wishes

Increases ATK by 20~40% and grants the might of the Thunder Emblem. At stack levels 1/2/3, the Thunder Emblem increases Normal Attack DMG by 12/24/40~24/48/80%. The character will obtain 1 stack of Thunder Emblem in each of the following scenarios: Normal Attack deals DMG (stack lasts 5s), casting Elemental Skill (stack lasts 10s); Energy is less than 100% (stack disappears when Energy is full). Each stack's duration is calculated independently.

Amos' Bow

5 Star Bow

Base ATK: 46

Secondary Stat: ATK

Obtain: Wishes

Increases Normal Attack and Charged Attack DMG by 12~24%. After a Normal or Charged Attack is fired, DMG dealt increases by a further 8~16% every 0.1 seconds the arrow is in the air for up to 5 times.

Rust

Arr 4 stars

Base ATK: 42

Secondary Stat: ATK

Obtain: Wishes

Increases Normal Attack DMG by 40~80% but decreases Charged Attack DMG by 10%.

Artifacts

Crimson Witch of Flames

2 pieces equipped : Grants a 15% Pyro damage bonus.

4 pieces equipped : Increases damage dealt by Overload and Burn by 40%, and Evaporate and Melt by 15%. Elemental skill increases the effect of the 2-piece set by 50%; This effect can be stacked up to 3 times.

Shimenawa's Reminiscence

2 pieces equipped: increases attack by 18%.

4 pieces equipped: when the character has at least 15 points of elemental energy, releasing his elemental skill results in a loss of 15 points of energy, but the damage inflicted by his normal, charged or diving attack increases by 50% for 10 seconds .

The other two Constellations provide a level up to Elemental Skill or Unleash.

To play alongside:

Bennett

Yoimiya forms a good duo with Bennett which allows him to benefit from healing but also from an attack boost. The fact that they are both Pyro allows access to elemental resonance.

Xingqiu

Xingqiu will be a very good support for Yoimiya by providing him with the possibility of activating the elemental reaction Evaporation while providing healing.

Fischl

Fischl is a very good element to allow Yoimiya to trigger the Overload elemental reaction while still attacking since Yoimiya is a Pyro ranged DPS. As a reminder, overload throws your enemies. Using Fischl's elemental skill to summon Oz will be very useful in an Overload comp with the archer Pyro.

Of course, these characters are only examples and do not constitute all the playable characters with Yoimiya but just a small representation of what you can do. Your imagination will allow you to create your own teams and test according to your preferences.
