With Cyberpunk 2077 Update 1.6, titled Edgerunners, several anime-related items have been added to the game, which allows you to obtain David Ramirez's famous neon yellow paramedic jacket, via a new side quest, as well as the best girl shotgun, sorry, we meant Rebecca.

David Ramirez in Cyberpunk 2077 (spoilers)

How to get the cover of David Ramirez?

By using the helmet, you will be entitled to the first minutes of the anime, with a cyberpsycho who slaughters the police before being killed by the MaxTac. When you wake up, you have to send a message to Muamar "El Capitan" Reyes (open the phone's message interface).
You have to wait 24 hours to hear from him. David's team has been disbanded, but he has a present for you. Follow the marker, and talk to Falco, one of the few survivors of the team, and the only one still present in Night City.
Follow the next marker, to find a crate containing David's jacket. His stats aren't great, but you can use him with the wardrobe to match his unique look.
Edgerunners Guts Shotgun
While we're at it, you can also easily get your hands on the iconic legendary weapon of the adorable and deadly loli. As its owner was turned into a pancake by Adam Smasher, she no longer has use for it. But you can use it to avenge her at the end of the game.
This weapon can be found not far from Rebecca's place of death, at the foot of Arasaka Tower. Approach the huge flying fish hologram, you will see a huge glass roundabout.
