This challenge is part of the Fortnite Overtime Remedy vs Toxin Mission, at the end of Chapter 2 Season 1. You'll have to visit three bus stops in one single match. The challenge isn't that complicated, given the large number of bus stops in the game.
They are mostly located along the roads or on the outskirts of the cities. Be careful, if you spawn directly in a city, you might run into a lot of enemies. Find the locations of the bus stops below.

The main thing here is to find three bus stops close to each other — and far away from the Battle Bus route to avoid enemies — and visit them in one go. As is often the case, the Team Rumble mode will be preferable to complete the challenge. The mode is less punitive as you can reappear at will, and enemies are often located in a small area. In theory, you'll be able to walk around quietly.
