Diablo IV: Druid Abilities
The on-site playable demo, streams and conferences have let us discover the majority of the Druid's skills. As always, please keep in mind that all of this is likely to evolve between now and the final release.
Skills are divided in a similar way to Diablo III, by category, with a default location in the shortcuts. However, it's possible to override this system and take several skills of the same type, and/or assign them wherever you like.
Skill damage and some of the effects of the skills change with their level, unfortunately we don't have information on what they do at each level.
Basic Attacks (Left click)
Earthspike - Spirit Generation: 12
- Splits the earth, impaling the first enemy hit for X - X.
- Inflicts Physical damage.
Shred - Spirit Generation: 8
- You metamorphose into a werewolf and shred an enemy, inflicting X - X damage. Has an X% chance to strike twice.
- Inflicts Physical damage.
Storm Strike - Spirit Generation: 12
- Electricity gathers around your weapon, inflicting X - X shared between the target and up to X nearby enemies.
- Inflicts Lightning damage.
Maul - Spirit Generation: 18
- You metamorphose into a bear and mutilate an enemy, dealing X - X and giving you the Fortified Effect for X damage.
- Fortified: The character suffers 30% less damage until their entire section of fortified life is removed.
- Inflicts Physical damage.
Wind Shear - Spirit Generation: 12
- Invokes a piercing wind blade, inflicting X - X and increasing your travel speed by X% for X seconds, up to X%.
- Inflicts Physical damage.
Spirit (Right Click)
Pulverize - Spirit : 30
- You turn into a bear and hit the ground, inflicting X - X on nearby enemies.
- Inflicts Physical damage.
Landslide - Spirit: 30
- Crushes enemies between X pillars of earth, inflicting X - X. Has X% more chance to inflict a Crushing Shot.
- Inflicts Physical damage.
Tornado - Spirit: 20
- Summon a tornado that moves forward and rotates in random directions, inflicting X - X every second to the affected enemies.
- Inflicts Physical damage.

Defensive (1)
Cyclone Armor
- Passive: Powerful winds protect you, granting X% remote damage reduction. When an enemy within melee range hits you, there is up to an X% chance that the winds will push them back.
Earthern Bulwark - Recharge Time: 15 seconds
- Rocks surround you for X seconds, giving you the Unstoppable effect and absorbing up to X amount of damage. Upon expiry, the rocks break, inflicting X% of the remaining shield amount to nearby enemies.
- Inflicts Physical damage.
- Unstoppable: Breaks active control effects on your character, and blocks subsequent ones while this effect is active.
Trample - Recharge Time: 10 seconds
- You race forward as a bear, dealing X damage and stunning enemies for X seconds.
- Inflicts Physical damage.
Debilitating Roar - Cooldown: 20 seconds
- You turn into a bear and roar ferociously, reducing the attack speed of nearby enemies by X% for X seconds.
- Inflicts Physical damage.
Ravenous Bite - Recharge Time: 10 seconds
- You turn into a werewolf and tear the flesh of an enemy, inflicting X - X, and healing for X - X.
- Inflicts Physical damage.
Wrath (2)
Hurricane - Recharge time: 15 seconds
- Forms a hurricane around you that inflicts X - X to nearby enemies over X seconds.
- Inflicts Physical damage.
Boulder - Recharge Time: 5 seconds
- Throws a huge rock that repels and crushes enemies, inflicting X - X on each shot. Has X% additional chance to inflict a Crushing Shot.

Companions (3)
Wolves - Recharge time: 8 seconds
- Passive: Summon X companion wolves that bite enemies for X - X.
- Active: Directs wolves to target an enemy. Wolves have X% chance of extra critical hits on it.
- Inflicts Physical damage.
Ravens - Recharge Time: 30 seconds
- Passive: Crows fly around you and regularly attack your enemies for X - X.
- Active: The targeted area is invaded by crows. Enemies suffer X - X and suffer X - X Vulnerability for X seconds.
- Inflicts Physical damage.
- Vulnerability: Affected enemies take 30% more damage until all their vulnerable life is removed.
Vine Creeper - Cooldown: 15 seconds
- Passive: A crawling plant regularly crawls out of the ground and poisons a nearby enemy for X - X out of X seconds.
- Active: Plants strangle enemies in a targeted area, poisoning them for X - X out of X seconds and stunning them for X seconds.

- A storm surrounds you for X seconds. Tornadoes repel enemies, and lightning strikes for X-X.

Grizzly Rage - Recharge Time: 50 seconds
- You turn into a bear for X seconds. You get new bear skills, generate Spirit X% faster and benefit from the Unstoppable effect.
- Inflicts Physical damage.
Petrify - Recharge Time: 50 seconds
- Petrifies all nearby enemies, stunning them for X seconds. Damage breaks this effect and inflicts additional X-X. Has X% more chance to deal a Crushing Shot.
