First Magic: Legends gameplay trailer revealed

For many, it's a disappointment. Some expected a TCG, or at least a game that uses this facet of the license, but the first Game Informer-exclusive gameplay trailer doesn't leave one dreaming for this ARPG MMO.

Announced at the 2019 Game Awards, Magic: Legends was intriguing, and until then hadn't shown any gameplay. To say the least, the hype must have decrease a bit with this first gameplay trailer. Magic: Legends will be an Action/MMORPG developed by Cryptic Studios. Planned for PC, Xbox One and PS4, its interface and gameplay are more reminiscent of a mobile game, similar to Diablo Immortal.

Given the number of options and competitors already available, and those to come, such as Godfall, Diablo 4 and Path of Exile 2, finding an audience for Magic: Legends is going to be difficult.
