This metal door that can't be opened with a pickaxe is certainly at the heart of the intrigue that will inaugurate season 2 of Fortnite's chapter 2. This landmark had already attracted the community's attention in the past, as they wondered what it might be home to. This afternoon, the name of the notable place was changed to "Redacted".
An incident that would have gone almost unnoticed without a small detail on Twitter.
At around the same time, Donald Mustard, Creative Director at Epic Games, changed his location on his Twitter profile. It now reads "Redacted": the name of the Gate's landmark.
It is not yet known what role this underground hangar might play in what happens next. It could possibly house something related to the "Agentmeowsicles", communicated via various audio teasers around the world.
Once again, the teaser appeared on the official Fortnite networks. The golden hand is still the central element, this time joined by the words "transmission intercepted" and the date of the beginning of Season 2.
