More than a month remains before the beginning of Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 3. First leaks about this new season have already appeared, starting with the deployment of v12.50. It's FortTory who first got his hands on what seems to be a file of teasers relating to the next season.
In all three images, we can see that the theme of water will remain very present. It almost feels like the flood tide has come in!
In the first drawing, Agent Meowscles wears a pair of armbands. In the second one, it's a building that's actually being carried by a giant lifebuoy. The flooding thesis — which had already been evoked by leakers in the past — is reinforced. The building in the picture may be more than just a building. It could be the Agency.
It's the last illustration that is holding our attention the most. On this one we can see a shark watching for its future prey, which is none other than Agent Peely. It's clearly a reference to the poster of the movie Jaws, released in 1976 and directed by Steven Spielberg. This blockbuster has greatly shaped the image of the predatory, man-eating shark.
In Season 3, sharks are unlikely to be a real threat to you. According to Tabor Hill — a relieable source relayed by many dataminers such as FireMonkey or Yanteh — sharks will be some kind of vehicle.
Of course, this information must be taken with tweezers. The fact remains that these images are "true" and that the shark will undoubtedly be one of the central elements of the next season. If the enormous stone sculpture of the Shark locality already gives you chills, then beware of swimming around Apollo Island in the future!
