As you might have guessed, it's now official: Fortnite will be available on PS5 and Xbox Series X as soon as they're released. With its success on console — whether on Switch, Playstation or Xbox — Epic Games' battle royale has planned to continue its supremacy on next-generation consoles.
Fortnite joins a growing list of games that will be available at the end of the year, such as Assassin's Creed Valhalla. As for the Unreal Engine 5 game engine, it should be implemented in-game during 2021.
Major event this year, new-generation consoles promise to shake up the gaming industry by offering games that are ever more beautiful and sophisticated. The PS5 and the Xbox Series X are scheduled for release in late 2020.
