Valorant: TSM unveils its roster

A few days before the official release of Valorant, Riot Games' FPS, it's the American structure Team SoloMid which announces its roster for future competitions with former CS:GO pros hazed, Cutler, Subroza, Drone, and Wardell.

After T1, Sentinels and many others, it's now another huge esports organisation that is going to Valorant. Team SoloMid (TSM) announced on May 22 its roster composed of five pro players who have recently retired from CS:GO or have just officially switched to Valorant.

Here is the future composition:

  • James "hazed" Cobb (former CS:GO pro)
  • Stephen "reltuC" Cutler (former CS:GO pro)
  • Taylor "drone" Johnson (former CS:GO pro)
  • Matthew "Wardell" Yu (former CS:GO pro)
  • Yassine "Subroza" Taoufik (former CS:GO pro)

All this little world will be coached by Taylor "tailored" Broomall who clearly doesn't lack experience since he was successively analyst, then coach or manager of CS:GO rosters for Splyce or Envy for example.

The American organisation will clearly be taken seriously, given its involvement on the esports scene. It has rosters on many licenses: League of Legends, PUBG, Fortnite, Smash Bros, Apex Legends, Rainbow 6 Siege, and very good players on Magic Arena, Teamfight Tactics or World of Warcraft. Without forgetting many famous streamers...
