The Cyclo skin — for the first time seen via the datamining of v12.61 — has been in the Fortnite Item Shop. Its release the day before the event entitled "The Device" is by no means a coincidence, since the outfit seems to be strongly linked to Midas, at the heart of this end-of-season plot.
On this leaked loading screen, you can see the character admiring the armor. The Legendary cosmetic costs a total of 2,000 V-Bucks, cloak included, and its description is "Defy the storm".
It's very likely that the skin will have a role to play in tomorrow's event. Midas may well use this outfit to tame the storm as he wishes, to accomplish his sinister purpose.
Remember that since the last update, storms appear to be out of control in Fortnite. The first circles sometimes amputate entire sections of the island, in a random manner. These meteorological disasters should be the focus of attention on Monday — while being much more powerful than usual.
