Let's face it, we saw it coming. After announcing that Stunt and Meteos would be benched for the upcoming week of the LCS, while Poome and Contractz were promoted from the Academy team, 100 Thieves moved forward and released William "Stunt" Chen from their LCS roster.

The Support player expressed his thoughts in a TwitLonger, thanking 10 Thieves for the opportunity to play on the LCS stage.

According to the LCS Contract Database, Stunt was under contract with 100 Thieves until November 15, 2022. It remains to be seen what will happen to the American player, that nonetheless promised to "be on the lookout for team opportunities"
