For the release of Avengers: Endgame in early 2019, a new game mode had appeared in Fortnite. We could play as some Marvel superheroes like Thor, Captain America, Iron Man or Hawkeye. Recently, dataminers seem to have found in the game files some clues about the Captain's return.
It would be a skin which, according to the first information, should appear in the 4th of July Item Shop. Many unknowns still remain: the shield could be used both as a back accessory and as a pickaxe or even as a weapon.
Several text elements were found, revealing some clues:
- "Captain America's shield is as indestructible as his will."
- "Equip Cap's Shield as a Back Bling or Pickaxe!"
