Square Enix, Crystal Dynamics and Eidos Entertainment hosted their monthly stream on Marvel's Avengers, titled Wartable. On this occasion, we were able to see and learn more about the content of the beta, expected soon and which promises to be rather rich. On the program, the famous A-Day introduction on the Golden Gate Bridge where we will have the opportunity to face the Taskmaster, but also, several missions with the 4 protagonists namely Iron Man, Kamala Khan (main plot), Black Widow and Hulk including an "initiation" mode called HARM Rooms in order to learn to master the gameplay more in depth, but also the famous War Zones and Drop Zones with respectively 5 missions and about ten playable missions.
Note that Crystal Dynamics has limited access to only one skill tree (out of three) on each of the playable heroes, so you can use this dear Tony Stark's ult with the Hulkbuster armor. Unfortunately, beta progress won't be saved in the final version of Marvel's Avengers other than profile items.
But the big surprise of this July Wartable is the arrival of Hawkeye (hawk eye) in Marvel's Avenger's first DLC. It'll land for free in post-launch and benefit from its own story arc, its own unique skills, and its array of skins, a good point. And since good news never comes alone, Fortnite players will be happy with the arrival of a new collaboration between Marvel superheroes and Epic Games. Indeed, after having linked your Square Enix and Epic Games account, and after completing the three HARM Rooms missions, you will directly access the hands of Hulk as a pickaxe and an alternative version, with Hulkbuster.
As a reminder, Marvel's Avengers is slated for release on September 4 on PS4, Xbox One and PC with a free upgrade on Xbox Series X and PS5.
