Delayed for several weeks because of technical problems, the drivable cars are finally arriving in Fortnite. Via the official Battle Royale account, Epic Games set the tone by setting the release of the Whiplash model (arguably the fastest car in the game) on August 5.
We can legitimately assume that all other cars will come into play on that date.
With the implementation of Patch 13.30, and as the cars were to become drivable, the developers recalled all the cars to the garage, noting a major technical problem. Since this update, there were no cars in the game, which sometimes made collecting metal tricky at a competitive level.
Also with patch 13.30, new gas stations have appeared on the map, and when the time comes, you will not run out of fuel. As a reminder, the use of cars will require gasoline, hence the importance of the stations on your route!
