In the midst of a Marvel season, Fortnite is preparing another smaller collaboration. The battle royale is partnering with Star Wars Squadrons, a space racing game scheduled for October 2 on the Epic Games Store.
To celebrate the event, an exclusive X-Wing glider is available now in the Item Shop for 1,200 V-Bucks. Note that by pre-ordering Star Wars Squadrons on Epic for $39.99, players will automatically get the glider as a gift.
Fortnite isn't at its first attempt with collaborations featuring the world of George Lucas. Two seasons earlier, Stormtroopers had landed on Apollo Island, accompanied by a whole series of cosmetics including Rey and Kylo Ren. It isn't excluded that other elements will come to enrich this micro-collaboration in the coming days.
