Released just a few weeks ago, PlayStation 5 is simply the largest console launch in history following what Sony calls an "unprecedented" demand. By the way, you should know that a restocking is coming soon.
In this new commercial video, we're introduced to PS5 exclusives already released and which will be released in 2021: Spider-Man: Miles Morales, Project Athia... We also have information about how long they'll remain exclusive.
For example, the new title of Final Fantasy XV creators have signed a console exclusivity of two years.
- Gran Turismo 7 was announced for early 2021 but the video now simply says "2021".
- Deathloop will be PS5 exclusive for one year — so at least until May 21, 2022.
- Project Athia will be PS5 exclusive for 24 months after its release, the date of which is still undetermined.
- Ghostwire:Tokyo will be PS5 exclusive for 12 months after its release, scheduled for 2021.
- Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart had been announced for the PS5 launch lineup but is now scheduled for 2021.
- Godfall will be released exclusively on PS5. It'll be available on other consoles not before December 5, 2021.
Some of these changes are certainly linked to the health crisis, but still guarantee the release of several long-awaited games in 2021.
