Last week was a big one for Microsoft. The company announced the official acquisition of Bethesda and, only a few days later, a big catalog of titles came to Xbox Game Pass. (Here you can check the twenty titles that are available to subscribers).
Today, Xbox Wire EiC Will Tuttle revealed that five relevant titles were updated to support FPS boost on Xbox Series X and S. The titles are Dishonored: Definitive Edition, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition, Fallout 4, Fallout 76, and Prey. All of them got an increase from 30fps to nearly 60fps. However, it's worth noting that some of them (like Fallout 4 and 76) will run in a lower resolution to support the frame rate.
You can check if you are playing any of these games with this performance enhancement by tapping the Xbox Button while in-game. Also, before booting any game, you can go to the "Manage Game" menu and pre-select the options and modes that you prefer.
Last but not least, Will close the announcement by adding that more games will get an FPS boost in the next weeks, but he didn't specify if they were Bethesda titles or from other companies.
