Many players have been waiting for it, the Nintendo Direct is back, but once again it's exclusive to one and only game. After Xenoblade Chronicles 3 last month, it's Splatoon 3's turn to have its moment of fame a month before its release on September 9th.
Nintendo gives you an appointment for a Splatton 3 Direct on August 10
Maybe you still haven't gotten used to Nintendo's new way of communicating, yet that's how the Japanese firm has been communicating in recent months. Less classic Nintendo Direct, but more presentations related to their "strong" licenses. This was the case last month for Xenoblade Chronicles 3 which had the right to a presentation of about 26 minutes which showed us quite a few elements of the game and this time it is Splatoon 3 which is put forward in order to to show fans what to expect.
As usual, the appointment is given for 3 p.m. and you will have to go to Nintendo's YouTube channel to watch the live broadcast.
- Splatoon 3 Direct: Wednesday, August 10 at 3 p.m.
What to expect during this Nintendo Direct?
If we rely on the last direct, we should have an overview of the game with details on each game mode. Although we had trailers for the Salmon Run and the Territory War, the story is still very mysterious and the single player mode which is the big novelty of this opus could therefore be at the center of the interests of fans of the license . We could thus learn more about the latter and thus discover if it is of the same ilk as the Octo Expansion of Splatoon 2 or if it is a very different story mode.
The presentation can also reveal new cards or new specificities that the game has in store for us on certain aspects such as outfits or weapons. Of course, it is unlikely that we will have this kind of surprises and we will surely have to expect gameplay mixed with explanation to allow everyone to understand how Splatoon works.
We will have to wait until Wednesday to find out what Nintendo has to offer and see if the fans will be won over or not.
