Bad surprise for the pro player of Battle Royale Apex Legends. After several years of presence on the Twitch broadcasting platform, the latter saw his account being purely and simply banned for a rather… idiotic reason.

Twitch: This streamer got banned from his account for a really dumb reason...

Decidedly, the policy of Twitch is very difficult to understand... If the streaming platform allows radically abused lives bordering on pornography, a professional Apex Legends player from FURIA, Nelson "Xeratricky" Medina, has been banned of the Amazon platform several years after having created his account ... But then, for what reason? He explains himself, and your hair will stand on end as the reason is amazing.

Xeratricky sees his Twitch account get banned

In recent months, it has been quite difficult to navigate on Twitch, with what we are allowed to do and what we are not allowed to do. Nevertheless, the broadcasting platform's policy is intended to be quite strict on certain points, and in particular on minors under the age of 13 having absolutely no right to create an account on it .

Unfortunately for Xeratricky, the latter has just paid the price when he is 24 years old today ... But before getting to the heart of the matter, it is good to resituate things.

Last August, and despite the platform's change in policy, the pro player applied to the platform to join the Twitch partner program, but it was refused and it was then that he received a age appeal form. Following this, he returned a request last September, and it was not until October 7 that he had an answer, after having relaunched a second time on September 25. And there, blow!

On Twitter, there was general amazement when the latter announced that his Twitch account had been deleted on October 7 , and his fans were shocked when they learned the reason for this kick: according to the pro player, his account was banned because he had opened it more than 11 years ago, when he was not yet 13 years old, or more .

Following this, his community obviously supported him in his misfortune, by going to follow him on his brand new Twitch channel which already has thousands of followers.

I'm in an extremely lucky position to have my Twitch account deleted but be able to start over and get 2200 followers in one day and a ton of chat support.

Around Twitch

In recent months, the FR Twitch scene has become more and more colossal with ever more ambitious projects. We have for example the event of Squeezie, the GP Explorer, which was able to gather more than one million viewers simultaneously, marking the history of FR streaming.

Later, another event will take place, this one being organized by Amine. This is a monstrous football tournament with... France VS Spain! What to show once again that the French are stronger than the Spaniards in the middle (PixelWar).
