You most certainly know Asmongold, iconic figure of Twitch and mainly known for his many hours on World of Warcraft , he is one of the pillars of the environment and inevitably, advertisers know him well too.
A while ago Twitch implemented the bounty system, which allows partner streamers to choose offers of sponsored content posted for them by companies and advertisers, content creators can then choose an offer and receive the money according to their results compared to the objectives.
A crazy offer for Asmongold on Twitch
It was through this system that Asmongold received a rather crazy offer from an advertiser. Each campaign must last a certain time and to collect the money objectives must be met, both in number of viewers, in time or in specific content to be broadcast during the period of the sponso.
During one of his recent streams Asmon announced that he had received a very special offer for a sponsored session of only 10 minutes . You might think that the sum must not be very high for 10 minutes and yet the company was ready to offer him no less than $12,000 for those few minutes when he apparently only had to talk about the game or of an event.
A rather crazy offer, therefore, of which Asmongold has not given all the details, but which proves that attracting a lot of viewers can definitely be very lucrative.
A surprise even for Asmongold
As you can see in the video below, Asmongold was initially answering a chat question about ads and how they worked.
Once the question was answered he went to his offers board and noticed the offer at $12,000 for 10 minutes and expressed his surprise to the cat who encouraged him to take the opportunity. We don't know if he ended up taking the offer, but we could well understand the temptation.
