Epic Games have officially announced a limited-time crossover, Fortnite x Stranger Things, after several players discovered clues to the potential arrival of the Demogorgon in the game.
Good news: the portals — that we hope will take us to the Upside Down — are not the only things that players can expect to see during the event. A source of Fortnite leaks has discovered images of two skins in the game, likely to be the first cosmetics related to this event.
In these screenshots we can clearly see a Demogorgon and Chief Hopper (without his hat?), which pretty much means that you'll be able to take down a Demogorgon-looking enemy while wearing the Sheriff's skin — sure to be a dream come true for many fans!
It remains to be seen whether the Demogorgon will be able to open its mouth and reveal its sharp teeth or not. For the moment, we have to be patient and wait to learn just when Fortnite will transport us to the Upside Down.
