Daniel Ahmad, Senior Analyst at market research and consulting firm Niko Partners, tweeted that the PlayStation 4 has surpassed 30 million units sold in North America. It appears these figures represent 30% of total PS4 sales worldwide.
Other leading-markets include Japan (8 million units), and Germany are neck-and-neck with the UK at approximately 7 million units.
