PS4 Cross-Play quietly exits beta and becomes available to developers

Sony has yet to make any announcement regarding the long-awaited cross-play on PS4. Instead, it's the website Wired who informs us through a lengthy article. The beta, which ended yesterday as far as we now, featured games such as Fortnite and Rocket League, but it's more than likely that the first game to launch with cross-play support will be Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, as it is being set for release in October, 25. We hope, however, that we'll see a lot more games supporting cross-play from now on.
