Since the launch of Chapter 2, Epic Games no longer releases an official full patch notes. This week was no exception as a maintenance-free update took place, making some changes in Fortnite. Here is the list of new features:
The Harpoon Gun
The Harpoon Gun is the new weapon dropped by Fortnite during Chapter 2. It will allow you to fish, destroy light structures and, incidentally, kill your enemies!
Other update elements
- Workbenches are now permanently displayed on their locations. Previously, they had only a 75% chance of spawning on the locations provided.
- The Pumpkin Rocket Launcher disappears in favor of the standard model.
- Zombies no longer appear on the Isle of the Storm or by surprise at various locations on the map.
Surprise continues to grow within the community as Epic Games refuses to publish official patch notes for its battle royale. Yesterday, the usual patch notes was deployed to the Save the World mode, featuring announcements of new cosmetics, as well as statistics of new characters.
Pro players have found a very relevant way to use the fishing rod at the end of the game, to retrieve objects from a distance. Materials, RPG.... A very good way to avoid being dry at the end of the game, which was highlighted by Tfue at the FNCS!
