If you want to strengthen your game at the beginning of Assassin's Creed Valhalla, there is one place to loot: the monastery of Offchurch. It will allow you to get two new types of weapons.
The Sepulcher Axe is particularly stylish and should allow you to make your enemies fly a good sweep just the way you like them. Don't hesitate to mix it with the Fyrd Spear for more sores.
To do so, you'll need to choose a specific path in the skill tree.
Where to find the key
If you intend to enter the crypt that contains these two treasures, you must first accept the mission of Tilting the Balance — which will logically lead you to Offchurch. You can always try to blow it up, but you'll still need the key held by an enemy of the associated quest to open all the doors.
Sepulcher Axe & Fyrd Spear
These two weapons are hidden in the crypt of the building, and they aren't necessarily difficult to find.
The crypt is somewhat labyrinthine and you'll still have to empty the outside of the yard if you want to get in and retrieve the loot without too much trouble.
The small carbon ingot will be exchangeable at the Forge to improve your armor. To upgrade the quality of a weapon, you need three of these ingots.
