Japantown
Japantown is mainly populated by Japanese, but it's also a place where tourists come to shop, visit bars or contemplate the Shinto temple. It's very close to the Corpo Plaza district, where there are luxurious hotels that find their audiences.
Japantown is transformed at night, like many other districts of Night City, and it becomes the theater of orgies of rich people, corpos and tourists who sell their fortunes in casinos and sex. This neighborhood remains in the hands of the Tiger Claws, who are its kings during the night.
North Oak
North Oak used to have a higher crime rate than any other district, but with the careful help of mercenaries, order was restored. Today, North Oak is home to the untouchable elite of the City of Night: company directors, managers, showbiz personalities, bankers and executives.
Strangers aren't welcome there. The Arasaka Mansion and other expensive villas are located in North Oak, which is a bit of an Eldorado for Night City residents.
Charter Hills
Any ambitious budding corporation that can't afford to live in North Oak lives in Charter Hills. This recently rebuilt part of the neighborhood is devoted to mass housing.
The wealthy who live there must have bodyguards and armored vehicles because their way of life is constantly threatened. This is the price to pay for even a taste of luxury.
