Lifejewel is a node that is farmed using the Mining skill in New World, and gives off Life Motes and Gleaming Lodestones.

What do you need Lifejewel for in New World?
A special type of rock formation that gives off Life Reagents, the two primary drops will be Life Motes and Gleaming Lodestones. Both are key Arcana ingredients.
Life Motes are used in a range of concoctions, including coatings and potions and the cutting of Onyx and Diamond gemstones. It is also a key resource in crafting the Eternal Heart, a mid-level reagent in ultimately creating the Amrine Tuning Orb, Genesis Core, and Energy Core.
Gleaming Lodestones, meanwhile, are also used in several tinctures, potions, and coatings.
In order to mine Lifejewel, you'll need a Mining Pickaxe. There's a level requirement of 50 to mine them, and you'll be able to track Lifejewel nodes from Mining Skill Lv. 75.
The best locations to farm Lifejewel in New World
These are the clusters we think are best for power-farming Lifejewel.
Great Cleave
The biggest cluster of Lifejewel, you'll find plenty of Lifejewel on the southern border with Brightwood.
Fast travel into Tempest Valley Shrine and head south to Cleave's Malice, scooping up nodes before ending up near Brightwood Hamlet.
Monarch's Bluffs
The best area to farm of you're low level, port into the Achernar Gate and head north. The cluster of nodes is just past Howltower Hollow.
Mourningdale
In short, nodes are everywhere. You can do a whole trip around the territory and you'll scoop plenty of Lifejewel.
Restless Shore
The same applies for Restless Shore, although this is quite an inefficient farming spot due to how spaced out nodes are.
