All the following information is related to the potential future expansion of Legends of Runeterra, but we don't have any confirmation about it.
Patch 0.9.2 brought a large number of audio files that were dataminated shortly after its release. A Reddit user named PixelButtz has announced that he is the source of the leaks — about 5,000 new music files.
Apparently, 2 new regions would be added to the game, with 6 heroes each — without counting two new heroes for each of the regions already present in-game. That would double the number of heroes present, without counting the many new cards to be provided for each of these regions.
