With Patch 1.2, Riot Games is bringing the first real card balance changes for Legends of Runeterra since the release of Rising Tide!
Vladimir, Karma, Shen, Vi, and Hecarim are targeted for buffs and nerfs, and several followers and spells from Demacia and Bilgewater were also changed.
Overall, Riot Games are nerfing Demacia and the aggro archetypes...
