After the usual test period Patch 10.21 of League of Legends is set to be released on October 14 and will add new skins, chromas, and balance changes to the game.
Champions & Runes Balance changes
Patch 10.21 of the game will see a lot of balance changes for the following champions:
- Buffs: Aphelios, Corki, Karma, lee Sin, Trundle and Udyr
- Nerfs: Camille, Graves, Hecarim, Nidalee, Pantheon, Samira
The Nimbus Cloak also receive slight changes to its Movement speed and duration.
The main focus of these balance changes is Aphelios. As the champion looked a little week recently Riot Games decided to change stats on pretty much all his kits, including the Lethality on his passive or his cooldowns.
New skins and chromas
Patch 10.21 brings new skins to the Rift with some new Odyssey, Halloween skins, and an Hextech skin for Kassadin along with a whole set of chromas.
• 10.21 New Odyssey Skins
The Odyssey skin range, launched in September 2018, is returning to League of Legends. Five new champions embark on the adventure: Aatrox, Kha'Zix, Sivir, Twisted Fate and Karma.

• 10.21 Hextech Kassadin skin

• 10.21 New Odyssey and Halloween skins chromas
New Chromas for Odyssey and Halloween skins are tested on League of Legends PBE for Patch 10.21
This patch also brings new chromas for the Bewitching Morgana skin, Summoner icons, and emotes. This patch is one of the few left before the preseason starts with massive changes the items system and the shop.
