After a few months of waiting and two preview patches, Legends of Runeterra is finally entering open beta. The beta will be open to all players from January 24th, and a few hours earlier for those who have bothered to pre-register. Here's everything you need to know before the launch and to download the game.
How do I download it?
- Just follow this link.
You will need to create an account if you don't already have one for League of Legends / Teamftight Tactics. If this is the case, you can then enter the corresponding login details after downloading the client.
Important dates
- 23 January 2020 at 11 AM PT: players who have pre-registered receive access to the game, and can enjoy the open beta. If this is the case, you should have received a confirmation email from Riot Games.
- January 24, 2020 (roughly 11 AM PT): ALL players have access to the game, provided of course that they have downloaded the client and created an account if required.
Please note that players who have pre-registered will also receive an exclusive Guardian: the Lunar Poro.
