The November 14 hotfix corrects the way the Windsor's Frenzy buff functions, making it operate in as it did in Patch 1.12.

On November 14 2019, Blizzard deployed a hotfix in WoW Classic designed to improve the quality of the game by correcting bugs and any other pressing issues.

The Windsor's Frenzy buff now properly restricted to the small area around Marshal Windsor

Developers’ note: This correction restores the buff’s functionality to its original 1.12 behaviour.

WoW Classic: The Keyring will not be available until next patch
