The November 14 hotfix corrects the way the Windsor's Frenzy buff functions, making it operate in as it did in Patch 1.12.

On November 14 2019, Blizzard deployed a hotfix in WoW Classic designed to improve the quality of the game by correcting bugs and any other pressing issues.

NPCs

  • The Windsor's Frenzy buff now properly restricted to the small area around Marshal Windsor

Developers’ note: This correction restores the buff’s functionality to its original 1.12 behaviour.

WoW Classic: The Keyring will not be available until next patch

Blizzard recently broke their silence on the Keyring, which was expected to be released during Phase 2 of WoW Classic.
