The Tier 0 set is an armour set consisting of items dropped by the bosses of various max-level dungeons, including Stratholme and LBRS. The Mage's set is known as the Magister's Regalia.

The first notable armour you'll come across in WoW Classic are the Tier 0 sets, which are better known as T0. The Mage's T0 set is called the Magister's Regalia and is designed to benefit all three specs equally.

4 pieces: Increases the damage and healing done by magical spells and effects by up to 23.
6 pieces: Gives you a chance to freeze the attacker on the spot for 3 sec when hit during combat.
8 pieces: +8 to All Resistances.
