The Tier 0 set is an armour set consisting of items dropped by the bosses of various max-level dungeons, including Stratholme and LBRS. The Warlock's set is known as the Dreadmist Raiment.

The first notable armour you'll come across in WoW Classic are the Tier 0 sets, which are better known as T0. The Warlock's T0 set is called the Dreadmist Raiment and is designed to benefit all 3 specs equally.
