In their own E3 showcase, Capcom revealed a lot about Monster Hunter, Ace Attorney, and Resident Evil Village.
Here's everything they showed off.
Resident Evil Village
Tsuyoshi Kanda, Producer for Resident Evil Village, reminded all Village owners that they get free access to multiplayer title Resident Evil Re:Verse, going live next month.
He also revealed that new DLC for Village was under development.
Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin
Next up was a new trailer for Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin. You're given a Rathalos egg that turns into Razewing Ratha, which somehow coincides with monsters going full rage. Your mission is to protect him, and form Kinship with others.
A trial version is coming June 25, with saves transferrable to the main game on July 9, 2021 exclusively on Nintendo Switch. The first title upgrade, coming free, will be on July 15.
Monster Hunter Rise
New content was revealed for Monster Hunter Rise next, including a collab with Stories 2. The Palamute will come to the latter, while players in Rise will get costumes.
Then we saw more of 3.1, with several downloadable Event Quests and their rewards. You can get Neo shades and a play possum emote, and paid downloadable content includes a fluffy penguin chick.
The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles
A trailer for The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles was next, featuring the character with the greatest name ever -- Herlock Sholmes.
To be honest, that alone demands you buy this remastered collection of titles previously unreleased in the West.
Available July 27, 2021 for PS4, Switch and Steam.
Capcom Fighters
To close the show there was information on the esports side of things.
Vicious and RobTV introduced details on the Capcom Pro Tour, the competitive arm of Street Fighter V. They spoke about the format of the series -- which is already under way -- and of the season-ending showpiece, Capcom Cup 2021.
There are 32 events across 19 territories this year as the competition moves primarily online, in the wake of the pandemic.
There's also the Intel World Open, a tournament happening as part of the official Tokyo Olympics.
However, there was no actual reveals or anything here, just a promo for the events.
